Terms of Service
Version 1.1. Effective date: June 3, 2026. These terms explain how World Publishing Houses may be used while the public data, Workspace Access, and Pro layers continue to develop.
Use of the platform
You may browse, search, save, and request access for legitimate publishing, translation, rights, research, and bookstore discovery work. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at scale, resell WPH data, remove source context, or use the platform to mislead others.
Data disclaimer
Information is based on public and curated sources. We aim for accuracy, but accuracy is not guaranteed.
Intellectual property
WPH owns its site design, curation, analysis, labels, and compiled data presentation. Publishers, authors, translators, and rights holders retain their own rights. User-submitted notes remain yours, but you grant WPH permission to use them to respond, improve records, and operate requested workflows.
Access and suspension
Workspace Access and Pro are reviewed access layers. We may deny, suspend, or revoke access if use is abusive, unlawful, misleading, security-risking, payment-related, or outside the intended publishing workflow.
No liability
WPH is an information and workflow tool, not legal, financial, or acquisition advice. You are responsible for independent verification before buying, licensing, translating, or publishing a title.
Content boundaries
The platform does not host full books. It presents metadata, summaries, public-source context, and workflow signals. Do not upload confidential rights material unless WPH has explicitly agreed to handle it in that workflow.
Disputes and governing terms
Please contact us first so we can resolve concerns directly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled under the governing law and venue stated in the applicable workspace, order, or written agreement. If no separate agreement exists, WPH will use a reasonable forum connected to its operating location.
Updates
These terms may be updated as the platform changes. Material updates will be reflected by the version and effective date above.
